beta-hydrastine preparation (GABA-A antagonist) Make it up at 0.01M in 95% ethanol, then sonicate for ~ 10 min with the tube well sealed to avoid massive evaporation (rapid evaporation occurs even without sonication, so careful with concentration changes!). Then dilute in water or saline. Useful at around 10-4M. |
